Dinner with Guillaume Lavollée - Winemaker and Owner of Domaine Genot-Boulanger

You are cordially invited to dine with one of the most exciting young winemakers in all of Burgundy - Guillaume Lavollée of Domaine Genot-Boulanger.  Guillaume's domaine is right in the heart of Meursault and is one of the only small producers able to make estate wines from every important village up and down the Cote d'Or.  He's also a great guy and fun dinner date.

Not only will the company be first rate but you are in for a serious treat with the food and wine.  The Bedford Post Inn is hosting us in their private wine cellar and the new team there is on top of their game.  As for the wines, the tentative lineup is below and features a rare "horizontal" of 1er Cru whites from the three main communes in the Cote de Beaune as well as a "vertical" of multiple vintages of the Grand Cru Clos de Vougeot.  Along with some other goodies Guillaume has been gracious to send, this is a culinary and sensory experience not to be missed.

Seating is extremely limited and is $375 per person inclusive of gratuity and tax.  Please contact Greg Rubin at greg@horseneckwine.com to reserve your seats.
