The Hope family has farmed Paso Robles for over 30 years, giving them more experience than most in the region.  The proof is in the pudding.  Austin Hope is the  quintessential Paso Robles Cab - ripe, deep, opulent.  This is winter storm, steak, roaring fire, fur blanket Cab.  Grapes weAs a whole, this blend was aged an additional three months in 75% new and 25% once used French Oak. The wine was racked just twice during its cellar life, with the final racking occurring just prior to bottling.

Deep ruby in color, the 2018 Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon expresses aromas of fresh black currants and cherries accompanied by subtle smoky notes and dried spices. On the palate, this lavish powerful wine is layered with juicy blackberry, ripe cherry, vanilla bean and brown butter. It’s full-bodied and rich, balanced by a touch of bright acidity and firm polished tannins.

Pickup Hours and Delivery Information

We are open 10am-6pm, Monday thru Saturday. Orders placed online during business hours are ready to be picked up within the hour. 

Greenwich, CT delivery:

We make deliveries during our open hours free of charge in Greenwich, CT.  Please order by 3pm to guarantee same-day delivery.  Any questions just call: 203-869-8944

Greater Fairfield County & Westchester, NY:

We make daily contactless deliveries outside of Greenwich. These deliveries will incur a flat fee of $10. Once we receive your order we will reach out to coordinate the day and time. Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours of purchase and usually sooner than that. If you need the wines earlier, or if you have any other special requests - please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’d love to help you with whatever your needs are, no matter how specialized or unique! Outside of NYC: 

For delivery outside of Connecticut we ship via common carrier. We currently do not ship to the following states: AL, AR, CO, DE, GA, HI, IL, IA, KS, KY, MD, MS, MT, OK, PA, SD, UT, VT, WI. As statutory laws are constantly changing, please note that this list is updated frequently, and acceptance of an order does not guarantee that we will ultimately be able to ship wine to you. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship spirits anywhere outside of Connecticut. 

Terms & Conditions

You must be 21 years or older to purchase and receive products from Horseneck Wine & Spirits. If you request shipping you authorize Horseneck Wine & Spirits to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. All shipments require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Therefore, either you or an authorized adult must be present at the time of delivery with proof of identification. 
If you wish to ship to a location outside of Connecticut, you assume all responsibility for shipment. We will notify you before processing your order if we are unable to ship wine to the state you request. For the protection of your wines, we will not ship during warmer months without your express instruction. All orders are packed immediately upon purchase but we may wait for optimal conditions to send. Since we cannot control the temperature of any common carrier, we do our best to send shipments out at the beginning of each week. We will always confirm any delays in shipment, and the choice is ultimately up to you.
Some of our wine is sold "Pre-Arrival." All "Pre-Arrival" items will be indicated as such on our website and include the estimated date of arrival. We will contact you once the wine has arrived and confirm any shipment or delivery requests prior to sending.
