Fabio Gea Dolcetto d'Alba Superiore Pino 2019
A "Pino" is a pine tree. This is Fabio's Superiore bottling of Dolcetto d'Alba.
The grapes are destemmed and given a three week maceration. Fermentation and aging is in glass demijohns for nine months. Blended in homemade porcelain jars. 10-25 mg per liter of sulfur added at bottling.
